Script execution via unescaped search results

Cross-site scripting in docsify 4.12.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script through crafted Markdown search content. The search plugin inserts unescaped query terms, titles, and content into result markup, so quotes in indexed code blocks can introduce executable HTML. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled Markdown to be indexed and a user to search near the payload; script then runs in the documentation site's browser context.
