Invoice disclosure via unchecked titulo ownership

IDOR in MK-AUTH 19.01 K4.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other customers' invoices through its web portal. The central/recibo.php handler trusts the user-controlled titulo invoice key without verifying that the requested invoice belongs to the authenticated account. Any ISP customer with platform access can enumerate another customer's invoice and obtain disclosed personal data such as a CPF number.
