Stored script execution via unencoded report fields

Stored XSS in Remote Clinic 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser through patient report fields. patients/register-report.php stores Fever and Blood Pressure values, and patients/reports.php renders them without output encoding. A doctor login is required to submit the payload, and execution occurs when a permitted user opens the affected report.
