Process crash via uninitialized-memory drop

Memory corruption in adtensor 0.0.3 and earlier allows attackers to crash consuming Rust applications through a short iterator. The Vector and Matrix FromIterator implementations allocate uninitialized storage for the type-level length, then unwrap before every element is written. Supplying fewer items than the declared size triggers a panic that drops partially uninitialized elements, causing undefined behavior and a demonstrated segmentation fault in safe Rust code.
