Process crash via panic-triggered double drop

Double free in the insert_many Rust crate 0.1.1 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to crash a process through a panicking iterator. The impl_veclike! macro uses ptr::copy to shift vector elements, duplicating ownership before it calls Iterator::next without guarding unwinding. Code must pass an ExactSizeIterator whose next method panics; unwinding then drops copied elements twice, corrupting memory and terminating the process.
