Authentication bypass in IBM TS7700 Management Interface allows remote attackers to gain administrative access via a specially crafted URL. The interface accepts the crafted URL without enforcing authentication and exposes administrative functions. The attack is unauthenticated and network reachable; successful access can change management settings and read protected configuration data, while no service interruption is described.
