Improper authorization in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 and 11.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to view or edit others' Jupyter notebooks. IBM has not published the affected request handler or the authorization check that fails when notebook access is requested. Exploitation requires a valid Cognos account with Notebook capability and an installed, configured Jupyter Notebook Server; exposure is limited to notebook confidentiality and integrity.
