IBM Sterling B2B Integrator allows remote authenticated users to download unauthorized files through its dashboard interface. IBM has not published the affected dashboard request handler or the authorization operation that accepts a file-download request beyond the account's permitted scope. A valid dashboard account is required; exploitation exposes files that the account cannot normally download and has no reported availability impact.
