Weak cryptography in IBM Security SOAR before 42.0 allows remote attackers to decrypt sensitive disaster-recovery traffic. The disaster-recovery system accepts TLS 1.0 connections, retaining a protocol with weaker cryptographic protection than expected. Exploitation requires access to the disaster-recovery network path; the reported impact is disclosure of protected data, not alteration or interruption.
