Arbitrary file upload in IBM Security Verify Access Docker 10.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to place files that users can execute. IBM has not published the affected upload handler or how its file-type controls accept dangerous content. Exploitation requires high privileges, adjacent-network access, and a user to execute the uploaded file, after which code runs with that user's rights.
