Cross-site scripting via unescaped documentation link

Cross-site scripting in Adminer 4.7.8 through 4.8.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted table parameter. The doc_link function concatenates an unescaped database-documentation URL and path into an href attribute, allowing the table value to break out of that attribute. Exploitation requires user interaction and either PDO warning output that prevents the CSP header or a browser without strict CSP; successful script runs in the Adminer origin.
