Process crash via inputless Grappler node optimization

Null pointer dereference in Google TensorFlow allows local users to crash a process when Grappler optimizes a malformed input graph. TrySimplify reads consumer input zero without first checking that the node has any inputs, so an inputless node reaches a null producer dereference. Affected releases are before 2.1.4, 2.2.0 through 2.2.2, 2.3.0 through 2.3.2, and 2.4.0 through 2.4.1; the reported consequence is a segmentation-fault process crash.
