Process crash via unbounded nested tensor parsing

Uncontrolled recursion in Google TensorFlow allows local users to crash a process by parsing a deeply nested tensor attribute. ParseAttrValue passes tensor attribute text to ProtoParseFromString without first limiting nested brace and angle-bracket depth, so recursive protobuf parsing exhausts the call stack. Local access to an application path that parses an attacker-controlled TensorFlow attribute is required, and successful exploitation terminates that process without disclosed data access or modification.
