Heap disclosure and process crash via malformed tensors

Out-of-bounds access in affected Google TensorFlow releases allows local users to read heap data or crash a process via malformed CTCLoss tensors. The CTCLoss kernel in ctc_loss_op.cc accepts a zero max_time or a labels_indices tensor with an empty second dimension, then indexes or dereferences invalid state. Triggering requires the ability to invoke the operation with attacker-chosen tensor shapes and values; bounded outcomes are heap disclosure, heap buffer overflow, and process termination.
