Heap out-of-bounds read via unchecked Split_V axis

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow TFLite allows local users to access heap memory by supplying a crafted model to Split_V. ResizeOutputTensors passes axis_value to SizeOfDimension without first checking that it indexes the input tensor's dimensions, so the lookup crosses the tensor-shape array boundary. Reaching the flaw requires processing an attacker-controlled TFLite model in an affected release; the advisory does not establish a concrete crash, disclosure, or write primitive.
