Integer overflow via unchecked dimension accumulation

Integer overflow in TFLite concatenation in Google TensorFlow allows local users to corrupt tensor-dimension calculations. The Prepare function accumulates each input tensor's concatenation-axis dimension in an int without first checking that the sum remains in range. Exploitation requires processing or converting a crafted model; published sources do not specify the resulting runtime effect beyond the overflow.
