TFLite process crash via zero block dimension

Denial of service in affected Google TensorFlow releases allows local users to crash a TFLite process by loading a crafted model. BatchToSpaceNd copies a zero block input dimension into block_shape, then uses that value as the divisor in modulo and division operations. The attacker must cause a target process to load the malicious model; the reported consequence is process termination without data exposure or modification.
