Application crash via unchecked negative dimensions

Improper input validation in affected Google TensorFlow releases allows local users to crash an application through invalid dimensions. The ReverseSequenceOp constructor accepts negative seq_dim or batch_dim attributes and passes them onward without rejecting them. The operation must be invoked with crafted dimensions; exploitation terminates the hosting process through a stack overflow or failed CHECK, without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
