Process crash via empty dense_shape tensor

NULL pointer dereference in Google TensorFlow affected releases allows local users to crash a TensorFlow process via an empty dense_shape tensor. The SparseFillEmptyRows CPU kernel converts dense_shape to a vector without first rejecting a zero-element tensor, causing a null dereference. The caller must be able to execute the operation with crafted tensor arguments; the bounded consequence is interruption of the hosting process.
