Heap overwrite via unchecked sparse-tensor split index

Heap buffer overflow in Google's TensorFlow SparseSplit operation allows local users to corrupt heap memory through crafted tensor indices. SparseTensor::Split derives slice_index from attacker-controlled sparse coordinates and increments num_values[slice_index] without checking the vector boundary. Local users must be able to execute the crafted operation in the target process; the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to service interruption.
