Heap disclosure via unchecked operator axis

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow allows local users to disclose heap data through crafted QuantizeAndDequantizeV3 arguments. The kernel accepts a user-supplied axis without checking it against the input rank, then passes it to input.dim_size to index the input shape array. The flaw affects releases before 2.1.4, 2.2.0 through 2.2.2, 2.3.0 through 2.3.2, and 2.4.0 through 2.4.1; exploitation requires local ability to invoke the operator and can disclose adjacent heap contents or terminate the process.
