Heap out-of-bounds read after failed validation

Out-of-bounds read in MatrixTriangularSolve in affected Google TensorFlow releases before 2.5.0 allows local users to crash a process via empty tensors. OP_REQUIRES returns from ValidateInputTensors after setting a non-OK status, but Compute ignores that status and initializes MatMulBCast with invalid empty shapes, producing the heap read. The caller must execute local TensorFlow code and pass empty tensors to the raw operation; the consequence is limited to availability of the calling process.
