Heap buffer overflow via misbounded interpolation index

Heap buffer overflow in QuantizedResizeBilinear in Google TensorFlow allows local users to interrupt processes with crafted tensor inputs. ComputeInterpolationWeights floors and ceilings a floating-point coordinate but caps only the upper interpolation index, allowing the lower index to address beyond the source image. Local access to execute the operation with attacker-controlled tensors is required, and the demonstrated consequence is an out-of-bounds heap read that can terminate the hosting process.
