Process crash via empty QuantizedMul vector

Divide-by-zero in Google TensorFlow allows attackers to terminate a TensorFlow process through a crafted QuantizedMul call. VectorTensorMultiply applies the modulo operator with vector_num_elements as the divisor without rejecting an empty vector, making caller-controlled zero length the divisor. Exploitation requires control of an executed QuantizedMul operation and terminates only the process performing the computation.
