Process crash via Conv3D divide by zero

Divide-by-zero in Conv3D in Google TensorFlow before 2.1.4 allows local users to crash processes via crafted tensor inputs. The Conv3D kernel computes a modulo with the filter depth without rejecting a zero fifth filter dimension, and invalid tensor shapes can trigger an Eigen assertion. A local user able to supply tensors to a TensorFlow process can interrupt that process; the issue provides no stated data read or modification capability.
