Process crash via unchecked empty tensor arguments

Denial of service in MatrixDiagV2 and MatrixDiagV3 in Google TensorFlow allows local users to crash the calling process. The MatrixDiag kernel reads element zero from flattened num_rows, num_cols, and padding_value tensors without first requiring scalar, nonempty inputs, so an empty tensor produces a null-pointer dereference. Exploitation requires the ability to invoke either raw operation with crafted tensor arguments and is limited to interruption of that process, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
