Authenticated service interruption via regex profile parsing

Regular expression injection in GraphHopper 2.0 through 2.3 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the routing service. NavigateResource.getPointsFromRequest inserts the attacker-controlled profile path segment into String.replaceFirst as a regular expression. A low-privileged account and the navigation module are required; pathological matching can consume resources until the service is unavailable.
