Sensitive data disclosure via unsafe object formatting

Code injection in the Tickets module of Kennnyshiwa Cogs allows remote authenticated users to disclose sensitive bot data. The new-ticket path passes a live Discord Member object into a configurable Python format string, whose field traversal can expose object attributes; the patch substitutes a restricted SafeMember wrapper. Exploitation requires Discord access and a loaded, configured Tickets cog, and the CNA assessment bounds the documented impact to confidentiality.
