Private configuration disclosure via unfiltered wikiconfig output

Information disclosure in Miraheze ManageWiki before befb83c66f5b643e174897ea41a8a46679b26304 allows remote attackers to read private settings. ApiQueryWikiConfig::execute copied the complete ManageWikiSettings list into wikiconfig responses without removing entries whose visibility required permissions. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposed values can include Discord and Slack webhook secrets, while integrity and availability remain unaffected.
