Protected-data modification via misordered CSRF callback

Cross-site request forgery in Trestle trestle-auth 0.4.0 through 0.4.1 allows remote attackers to alter protected data through an administrator's browser. The authentication controller prepends authentication callbacks ahead of Rails forgery protection, so a crafted form reaches authenticated actions before CSRF validation. An administrator with an active session must submit the attacker's form; successful requests can change protected records, including admin account credentials.
