Local information disclosure via world-readable temporary files

Insecure temporary files in Gradle, Inc. Gradle Build Tool before 7.0 allow local users to read downloaded build data. ApiTextResourceAdapter.asFile writes TextResourceFactory content into a system temporary file without restricting permissions inherited from the process umask. Exploitation requires another local account, a build that uses TextResourceFactory for a sensitive remote resource, and permissions that leave the file readable.
