Stored script execution via unencoded name fields

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Equipment Inventory System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The Add Item and Add Employee forms store script markup supplied in Name fields and render it without output encoding when affected pages load. Valid credentials are required to submit the payload, and another user must view an affected page for the stored script to execute in that user's browser.
