Authenticated code execution via malformed upload validation

Arbitrary file upload in Pear Admin Think 2.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code on the server. UploadService::validate combines fileSize and fileExt constraints under one validation rule, allowing a .php file to pass the intended extension check. The referenced exploit requires access to the administrative back end and upload endpoint, after which the uploaded script controls the server.
