SSRF in the ECT Provider of OutSystems Platform Server 10 and 11 allows remote attackers to make arbitrary outbound HTTP requests. The component accepts an attacker-controlled destination and directs the server application to fetch it, but public sources do not identify the endpoint or validation defect. The researcher reports a user-interaction gate; successful requests can reach resources available from the server's network context.
