Process crash via recursive expression hoisting

Stack overflow in the XS parser in Moddable 10.5.0 allows local users to crash the xst process with crafted JavaScript. The fxBinaryExpressionNodeDistribute routine repeatedly alternates with hoisting dispatch while processing an expanded expression, exhausting the call stack. Execution of the supplied JavaScript is required; the published proof of concept ends in a segmentation fault and process abort.
