Command execution via shell-interpreted file paths

Command injection in @ronomon/opened before 1.5.2 allows remote attackers to execute system commands through untrusted file paths. On Unix-like systems, Unix.files in index.js quotes each supplied path and concatenates the result into an lsof command passed to child_process.exec, whose shell interpretation still evaluates command substitutions. Exposure requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled paths to the library; successful exploitation runs commands with the application's privileges.
