Authenticated browser script execution
Published May 25, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in HPE iLO 4 before 2.78 and iLO 5 before 2.44 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser scripts. HPE has not published the vulnerable web-interface input or the operation that fails to neutralize it before page generation. Exploitation requires privileged iLO access and user interaction; the resulting script can read or alter browser-visible data but does not interrupt the service.
