Code execution via unchecked KMZ paths

Path traversal in Esri ArcGIS Earth 1.11.0 and earlier allows attackers to create arbitrary files via crafted KMZ files. KMZ filename paths are not properly validated before file operations, allowing traversal outside the intended directory and arbitrary file creation. Exploitation requires a user to open or visit a malicious file or page, after which code executes in the current user's security context.
