Authenticated DDMStructure disclosure via missing permission check

Authorization bypass in Liferay Portal 7.3.0 through 7.3.5 and DXP 7.3 before fix pack 1 lets remote authenticated users view DDMStructures. DataDefinitionResourceImpl.getSiteDataDefinitionByContentTypeByDataDefinitionKey returns definitions through GET requests without checking the caller's permissions. Any authenticated remote account can read the affected metadata, with no reported ability to modify it or interrupt the service.
