Stored XSS via unneutralized membership comments

Stored XSS in Liferay Portal 7.0.0 through 7.3.5 allows remote attackers to inject script through membership request comments. The Site module stores the comments parameter and renders its unneutralized script or HTML on membership request administration pages; the same flaw affects the specified Liferay DXP fix-pack ranges. Execution requires an administrator to review the stored request, after which the payload runs within the portal origin in that administrator's browser.
