Account takeover via predictable password-reset tokens

Password-reset weakness in InvoicePlane 1.5.11 allows remote attackers to reset user passwords via predictable reset tokens. Sessions.php generates each token as MD5 of the current time and target email, while reset requests and token guesses lack rate limiting. An unauthenticated requester needs a target user's email and approximate reset-request time; a valid token permits choosing a replacement password.
