Unauthenticated full-path disclosure via upload feature
Published May 10, 2021 · Updated Jul 29, 2026
Improper file upload handling in InvoicePlane 1.5.11 allows remote attackers to disclose the full upload-directory path via the upload feature. The upload feature returns the server's full filesystem path for the file-upload directory in its response instead of suppressing it. The network request requires no authentication and exposes a filesystem-location detail without evidence of data modification or service interruption.
