Authenticated arbitrary file read via path parameter

Path traversal in rConfig 3.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through a crafted HTTP request. The ajaxGetFileByPath.php handler accepts an absolute filesystem path from the path query parameter and returns the referenced file. A valid PHP session is required, and successful exploitation discloses file contents without changing data or interrupting service.
