Service crash via NULL upload_file comparison

Null pointer dereference in D-Link DAP access point firmware allows remote attackers to crash the HTTP service via a crafted GET request. The upload_config function in sbin/httpd passes a NULL upload_file pointer as the first argument to strncasecmp while handling the request. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is an availability-only service crash.
