Arbitrary code execution via workspace path override

Code injection in the unofficial apple/swift-format extension before 1.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute code through a malicious workspace. The extension reads apple-swift-format.path from workspace settings and treats the attacker-controlled value as the formatter executable path. Execution occurs only after a user opens the crafted workspace, and the resulting process runs with the local Visual Studio Code user's permissions.
