Guest denial of service via console event storm

Denial of service in Linux hvc_xen allows attackers controlling a Xen PV backend to hang guests through high-frequency console events. The console frontend services every backend event as an immediate interrupt without deferring repeated notifications when the output ring makes no progress. Exploitation requires control of a PV backend serving the target guest; the resulting interrupt storm affects the guest rather than the Xen host.
