Unsolicited email via unvalidated customer names

Improper input validation in Adobe Commerce 2.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to send unsolicited email via the new-customer WebAPI. AccountManagement::createAccount accepts untrusted customer name fields without the character allowlist introduced by the fixed release before account-email processing. No credentials or administrator privileges are required, and successful requests cause transactional messages to be sent to attacker-selected recipients.
