Process crash via overflowing frame-rate multiplication

Integer overflow in FFmpeg 4.3.2 allows local users to crash a media-processing process via a crafted MOV file. The av_timecode_make_string function multiplies the attacker-influenced frame rate by 60 and 3,600 in int arithmetic, allowing overflow to produce a zero divisor. Processing the file locally is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a process crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
