Authenticated OS command execution via unsanitized before-script

OS command injection in GeoNetwork 3.4.0 through 3.10.6 and 4.0.0-alpha.1 through 4.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The runBeforeScript method in LocalFilesystemHarvester.java executes the directory harvester's before-script without adequately sanitizing its contents. A User Administrator or Administrator account and access to the local-filesystem harvester are required, after which commands run on the hosting infrastructure and can compromise connected internal resources.
