Blind SQL injection via isLanguageViewHelper input
Published Mar 16, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in VHS: Fluid ViewHelpers before 5.1.1 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through TYPO3. The isLanguageViewHelper uses user-controlled input in SQL processing without neutralizing SQL syntax, creating a blind injection channel. The extension is not installed by default, and exposure requires a template or extension path that supplies attacker-controlled input to the helper.
